Letter Grade Petition Form

This form should ONLY be completed if a high school student has chosen to receive a letter vs. Credit/No Credit grade for one or more courses that he/she is currently enrolled in.  The student’s level of participation in the Remote Learning Plan may be used to enhance but not penalize a student’s letter grade.  This form must be submitted by Friday, May 15, 2020.
